At times, some of the product variations may require us to make product adjustments in batch production. A good example would be, the essential oil may thin the product and in turn impact the product performance. There are some adjustments we can make to the product to reduce the impact. But we are limited with some of these adjustments as it may cause other unforeseen issues. We continually test our products to ensure conformity to our benchmark thresholds.
